These Terms of Service govern a personal application operated by Case Larsen (“the operator”) that connects to the Oura Ring API. The application is used solely by the operator for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Personal use
The application is a single-operator, personal-use tool. It is not offered to the public, and no fee is charged for access to or use of it or any related service or functionality.
Permitted use of data
Data obtained through the Oura API is used only for the operator’s own personal weekly review. Such data is not resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties; is not used for advertising, marketing, or commercial targeting; and is not used to train, fine-tune, develop, improve, or enhance any algorithm, artificial-intelligence model, or machine-learning model. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. All warranties on behalf of third-party service providers — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed. Third-party service providers are excluded from all liability for any consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from use of the application or its data.
Consistency with third-party agreements
These Terms impose no conditions inconsistent with the agreements governing the underlying third-party services (including the Oura API Agreement). In the event of any conflict, those third-party agreements control.
